Frustrated by the language barrier and culture gap in US? Need professional advice on job-hunting? Concerned about how to advance career in a US corporation? Please join a featured career event by CCC in March: How to navigate Corporate America. 

The Culture and Career Club (CCC) in Chicago, together with IIT-CSSA,  will host the next career networking event at IIT. We will be honored to have five featured speakers with diversified professional background to join the discussion. Yin Kean, entrepreneur & management consultant, and founder of AdSum learning institution, will be the event moderator. The event will be in a panel discussion format focusing on the following major topics: 

How to deal with the language barrier and adapting to the mainstream culture?
The proper way to handle the challenge, how to be better prepared?
Professionals share their career or entrepreneur experience.
Professionals’ views on how to be more integrated with the western culture. 
How to navigate Corporate America?
Practical advices on how to go through the recruitment process and advance your career in a US corporation.
Professional tips on year-end evaluation, promotions, etc.
How to build a strategic career path and goal?
