Jeanne Herrick PhD: Drawing on her work in consulting major organizations such as ExxonMobil, Pepsico, and Northrup Grumman on issues of cultural understanding and cross-cultural communication, Dr. Herrick also teaches the Business Communication course for the Master in Product Development Program for McCormick´s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
